How much does it cost?
One flat monthly fee per market covers unlimited standard listings. There are no per-lead charges and no commission on your completed deals. Detailed pricing is shared with your account manager once your application is approved.
What does the verified badge require?
We check your agency against the relevant regulator — RICS or ARLA in the UK, RERA in the UAE, and the applicable state RERA in India. Once verified, the badge appears on every listing you publish.
Can I cross-list to other markets?
Yes. A single property upload can be published to buyers in every ByHomeOwner market, which is especially valuable for investment stock that appeals to overseas buyers.
How do enquiries reach me?
Buyer and renter enquiries are delivered directly to your inbox and dashboard. We never resell your leads to competitors or third parties.
Is there a contract lock-in?
